Who is included in the rent of car?
The published prices always include: your choice of vehicle of rent, the unlimited kilomètrage, the insurance rc (third party), the insurance cdw (protection against the theft and tp (accident), the expenses of delivery and the local taxes.
Who is not included in the rent of car?
The fuel, the insurances-accidents, possible additional costs, the supplements of the young drivers and the additional drivers. These expenses change by place. During the reservation, you can ask for information on these supplements. All the expenses must be paid on the spot, during the coverage of the vehicle.. All the additional options are subjected to the local taxes.
Insurance passengers
In most of the travel insurance, a cover is offered for the passengers of the rented car. Check this before your departure!
Period of rent
During the rent, 1 day is considered as a period of 24 hours. It is for this period of 24 hours that you can fetch or restore the vehicle of rent.
Calculation of price list
All the prices are in euro including the TVA. Un price list of week rises in 7 continuous days of rent of 24 hours. A day of rent is reckoned on base of 25 % of the price list week. Two days of rent are reckoned on base of 50 % of the price list week. Three days of rent are reckoned on base of 60 % of the price list week. Four days of rent are reckoned on base of 80 % of the price list week. For 5, 6 or 7 days of rent, you take the price list week. The additional days are reckoned as 1/7 of the price list week.
Payment
You pay us directly either by bank transfer, or by credit card or directly to the spot renter out by deducting the advance paid for the confirmation of your reservation..
Offer amounts
The declared capacity is only a directive. The type of car given in a category is only an example. The brand which is shown to you will not be specially available. We preserve the right to supply you an alternative car of the same class, for the same passengers number, with a similar engine and the other characteristics.
Return of the rented car
At the end of the rent, you have to restore the car at the agreed hour and in the place exact, in an clean and intact state. Pay attention to deposit always indeed the car with the same company of rent where you removed this one.
Rental agreement
We are an intermediary for the rental company. The rental agreement is made up by the vehicle rental company which provides the rental vehicle. Customers are therefore subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and the laws of the land wherein the vehicle is rented. We are therefore not responsible for loss, damage or changes to the vehicle, delays or changes which happen because of civil conflict, corporate dilemmas including air traffic, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or unfavourable weather conditions, cancelled flights, or airline bankruptcies. When you sign a local agreement, this signifies that you accept the given category and you agree with the terms and conditions and local extras. Please keep the rental agreement at least till two months after the rental period
Mechanical difficulties
In case of mechanical failure, you have to get in touch directly with the renter out first of all. The phone number is mentioned on the rental agreement, in case of difficulties you can contact us 24/7 in the numero of assistance: 065 911 68 68. For the repairs or in case of a car of replacement, you have to receive the authorization of the company of rent
Quality control
If you are, for a some reason, unsatisfied with the rented car, it is asked to you to communicate it at once on the spot to the company of rent. It seems to us difficult to judge a complaint concerning the state of the car after the period of rent. Furthermore, by knowing about met problems, it obliges us all the time to offer you the best possible solution. The deposit of a complaint has to be made in writing with a copy of the local rental agreement in 8 weeks after your return. During the arrangement of the problems and the complaints, we shall fill intermediary's role between the landlord and the tenant. The voluntary insurances taken on the spot are not paid off. No refund can be made if you accepted certain alternative without an intervention of our part or without informing us about it.
Cancel or modify a reservation
We do not apply cool for modifications of your reservation (or option of reservation). We apply 25€ of expenses of cancellation after the confirmation of your reservation. Within 48 hours before the date of coverage of the vehicle, the expenses of cancellation are 50€. In case of non-removal of the car, expenses are 100 %. Any modification or cancellation of a reservation or an option of reservation has to be directly made with us. We cannot be considered persons in charge as modifications, cancellations or the other one arrangements made directly with the local renter out.
Specific requests
Seats for child, GPS, and the other accessories are on inquiry according to the availability, although nothing can be guaranteed. The children between 3 and 5 years old have to carry a safety belt or sit on a seat for children. The landlord calculates on the spot a supplement for the wanted accessory.
Guarantee and running
The companies of rent oblige you to pay a pledge, the repurchase of franchising and the possible supplements. A credit card in the name of the driver is often asked. On certain destinations, a pledge in cash is accepted. Very fresh of fuel are for the renter out. There is no possible return for the unused fuel.
